In the past, as you know, I was delinquent on some creditor accounts due
to being laid off from two previous employers, who went out of business
due to financial difficulties. When I got back on my feet, I was able to
repair my credit by contacting my creditors and explaining my situation
and getting credit counseling. I have learned so much from you about
credit that was never taught to me by my parents or through my schooling.
I feel today I'm in a better place financially and your programs prepared
me to become a homeowner in the near future.

| Dear Maria, This letter is long overdue. I wanted to thank you so very much for all the help you have provided to myself and my family over the years. I first met you in 2006. I was dealing with many financial issues and facing foreclosure. Thanks to your guidance, counseling and commitment I was able to save my home. The past several years have also proven to be a very challenging time for myself as well as my family members. You have also helped to save their homes.
