counselor will contact you to schedule a counseling

The purpose of the Housing Partnership's Foreclosure Prevention program is to educate and assist homeowners in
preventing mortgage foreclosure through its counseling efforts. Through our affiliation with
NeighborWorks America
and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (P.H.F.A.), we will inform you of mortgage options to make an
informed decision about your homeownership.
