We are currently accepting donations for the 2011-2012 Winter Fuel Assistance Program . This program targets senior citizens with household incomes below 30% of the median. This translates to a household of one making under $16,450 a year and a household of 2 with a yearly income less than $18,800.

The Housing Partnership of Chester County is now accepting applications for the Senior
Citizen Fuel Assistance Program. Qualified applicants, 70 years of age and older, will receive
a one-time grant of approximately $300 that will be paid directly to the fuel provider.
Eligibility requirements:
• Total income, for all members of the household, must be less than amount listed below
• An owner of the home must be 70 years of age or older
• Can provide a copy of a photo ID or birth certificate.
• Be responsible for the payment of household fuel: gas, electric, oil or propane.
This is a one-time only program! Our funds are limited so please return your application,
along with the necessary documents, as soon as possible. Assistance is awarded on a first
come basis. Incomplete applications will delay assistance. Please be aware, this is not an
emergency program and immediate delivery of fuel may not be possible.
