| HPCC's Legacy Giving Program provides a reliable, ongoing source of revenue for HPCC's Endowment Fund. An endowment fund allows an agency to have a reliable source of funding forever, in that 5% of the principal can be used each year while the remainder is invested for long-term growth. This baseline of ongoing funding helps secure the agency's future, maintain and expand programs, and deal with urgent or unforeseen situations as they arise. There are a variety of options for those who wish to invest in the Housing Partnership of Chester County 's future. The fund accepts gifts of any size, including cash, publicly traded securities, closely-held stock, and real estate. The Chester County Community Foundation partners with HPCC to manage this Endowment Fund. |

Only with the continued support of individuals such as you can the Housing Partnership of Chester County (HPCC) continue to provide our county with essential services that keep our community strong and nurture the fundamental American dream of home ownership. Please know that your donation, in whatever amount, is greatly appreciated, and we hope you will help today by contributing to the Building Better Communities fundraising campaign. Since 1988 HPCC has provided Chester County with valuable services that keep our neighborhoods strong and vibrant. In addition to our cornerstone program, the First Time Home Buyer Program, we offer Credit and Foreclosure Counseling as well as programs for Home Rehabilitation, Senior Citizen Home Maintenance, and Home Modification (ADA compliance). HPCC is also actively engaged in expanding the much needed supply of housing in Chester County for first time buyers. Our work includes the rehabilitation and resale of individual homes as well as the development of larger tracts with newly constructed dwellings. Each and every one of the programs and initiatives of HPCC improves the quality of life for everyone in Chester County. Even though HPCC receives some funding from federal, state and local government agencies, a minimum of 50% of our operational costs must be raised through foundations and corporate grants as well as gifts from individuals. The ability of HPCC to continue to serve Chester County by offering our much needed services is dependent upon the dedication, commitment and support of community members like you. If you agree that the mission and programs of HPCC are needed and are valuable to our county, act now and respond to this appeal. Please don’t wait for a ‘better time’ to help out. The need is immediate, the time is now. Affirm your support of the Housing Partnership of Chester County by making a donation today. Thank you. |
